For our Truffle Honey, we have chosen to use Acacia Honey – renowned for its crystal colour and velvety, light taste. The unusual combination with slices of white truffle creates an original product with intense aromas that encourage you to experiment with daring combinations in the kitchen. Once you try this you will see why we've made this product!

Our Truffle Acacia Honey is perfect when paired with strong-flavoured cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano. It also goes well with aged cheeses like Gorgonzola, where the strong flavour contrasts with the sweetness of the honey. For those with a sweeter tooth, it pairs deliciously with creamy cheeses like brie and burrata. You can also use it as a sugar substitute to prepare desserts with unexpected, original flavours.

If you like cheese, try drizzling a little of this honey on top for a surprising and decadent finish.

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.

We also stock a range of Greetings Cards for all occasions, to make buying and giving a gift as easy as possible. Choose from our selection of premium cards and if required we can even handwrite your message for you.
