Try this dip with a difference. Our Artichoke and Prized Black Truffle Dip was dreamt up by Appenino's chefs in their creative search for new flavours. This delicate, creamy spread combines a typical Mediterranean product (artichokes) with our beloved truffles. The result is an unmissable flavour.

Our Artichoke and Prized Black Truffle Spread is a versatile savoury cream that pairs equally well with hot and cold dishes. Try it with served on the side of a simple dish of grilled seasonal vegetables or a hearty lasagne made with artichokes and scamorza cheese. You can also stir it into risottos or pasta dishes, or spread on warm crostini. The creamy texture and unique flavour of our Artichoke and Premium Black Truffle Dip will enhance even the simplest of dishes, such as scrambled eggs.

Other uses:

• Add to your charcuterie board as a deliciously earthy garnish

Artichokes 58%, olive oil, black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) 3%, salt, flavouring.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.

We also stock a range of Greetings Cards for all occasions, to make buying and giving a gift as easy as possible. Choose from our selection of premium cards and if required we can even handwrite your message for you.
