Our Black Summer Truffle Slices are preserved in prized olive oil to keep the aroma and
characteristics of the truffles intact. An easy, ready-to-use product perfect for substituting fresh truffles throughout the year. 

Our Black Summer Truffle Slices can be sprinkled in the desired quantity along with the oil in which they are preserved directly on your favourite pasta dishes and on any other first or second course, according to your taste and imagination. Thanks to their versatility they will be able to give truffle flavour and texture to all your recipes. In the photo you can see a chicken breast with pureed broccoli and truffle slices.

Here are some starting suggestions for you, but once you try these you will find they go well with everything:

• Add a few slices on top of risotto, pasta dishes or gnocchi. It goes well with all sauce flavours but especially meat, cream, mushroom or cheese
• Transform your scrambled eggs with a few slices on top as a garnish. You could further enhance the flavour by adding truffle salt during the cooking process
  
• Top your favourite dips - hummus, parmesan cream, artichoke cream - to add some truffle flavouring

Store in a cool dry place. Keep Refrigerated after opening.

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
