A unique and innovative product created by the team at Appennino Food Group. This is a freeze-dried version of their best-selling Truffle Sauce. Using the process of freeze drying to remove all the water from the sauce we end up with this delicious Truffle Crumble.

Its crunchy texture allows great creativity and versatility in the kitchen. It is ideal for garnishing and decorating a great classic such as Parmesan risotto or for creating crumbly crusts and gratins for main courses or tasty appetizers. The perfect ingredient for an original savoury crumble.

Why not bring out your inner chef and sprinkle this artistically on your dishes to add texture, flavour and artistic flair. In the photo new potatoes have been sautéed in truffle butter and then sprinkled with the crumbs.

Ingredients:

Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), olive oil, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 7.2g, black olives, salt, flavouring.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of humidity. Packaged in a protective atmosphere

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
