Our White Truffle Salt is a simple, versatile product. Just a small sprinkling will add character to any dish. This smooth blend of natural rock salt and aromatic white truffle is ideal for adding extra flavour to simple recipes or gourmet dishes.

Our White Truffle Salt is particularly suited for seasoning meat and fish dishes. Its unique flavour enhances any meat and fish, no matter how it is cooked. Why not sprinkle some on your chips or roast potatoes, or as a finishing touch on some simple bruschetta, like in the photo where it is added to roast beef?

If you like truffle flavour, considering swapping your normal salt for this one to add a truffle twist to all your favourite dishes. We use it with:

• Popcorn
  
• Potatoes - roast, chips, jacket, mashed
• Eggs - scrambled, omelettes, boiled
  
• Vegetables it is especially delicious sprinkled on grilled asparagus, courgette or aubergine

Ingredients:

Salt, flavouring, dry white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0,2%, dry bianchetto truffle
(Tuber albidum Pico) 0,2%.

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
