This dish offers a pure taste of love: Champagne, Caviar and Oysters. It was personally created by Chef Giovanni Nunziata and he loves it so much he gave it his name. Easy to recreate at home, it fuses four elements that are rarely combined together. It offers a fresh and luxurious treat perfect as an aperitif or starter.
Recipe & Ingredients
Rock Oysters
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
Open the oysters, remove their liquid, rinse with cold water, pat dry and return to their shells.
Dress each oyster with 1 teaspoon of Champagne.
Top with one mother-of-pearl spoon of Caviar per oyster (approx 2g per oyster)
Finish with one drop of high-quality Olive Oil.
