All caviar is shipped on an over-night shipping service in insulated packaging with ice gel packs to ensure the caviar arrives fresh and tasting delicious.  Please move the caviar to a refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving the shipment and keep refrigerated at all times.  Our delivery courier uses a signed-for service so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

The cocktails are also available on a next day delivery service and will be shipped using an age verification service.  Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked to provide ID proof of age to receive the delivery.  By ordering you confirm you are of legal age to purchase alcohol and will provide proof of age if requested.  

Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays) will be shipped for next day UK delivery.  (If ordering on Friday please select Saturday shipping, otherwise the order will ship on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday).

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control. We would recommend asking for delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk.
