Full Description:

A fresh caviar created from a royal fusion of the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon and the Acipenser Baerii sturgeon. Like blending fine wines, by creating a hybrid caviar, we bring together the best characteristics of two premium sturgeon varieties to create a full-bodied caviar with an outstanding taste and larger eggs bursting with flavour.

HOW TO SERVE

This caviar has a very delicate taste with hints of hazelnut and pairs well with aromatic sparkling wines or if you want to impress, a well-chilled glass of dry champagne. Caviar should be served very cold, so keeping the tin in the fridge and then serving either from the tin or into a dish over ice is best.

 

If you are planning caviar as a canapé, it is traditionally served on top of blinis which have a mild unobtrusive flavour. Crackers and crispbreads add a pleasing crunch and still allow the caviar’s flavour to take centre stage. Other simple ingredients like lightly buttered toast and plain boiled potatoes work well too as well as more tantalising treats such as quail eggs or smoked fish and crème fraiche.

Pure Spring Water pools.  Our sturgeon are blessed to swim in naturally filtered spring water that bubbles up from the ground already clean enough to pass international drinking water standards.  The purity of the water gives our caviar its clean, pure and fresh taste that allows the subtle nuances in the flavour to really shine through.  Caviar is a delicate food that benefits from 

 

SHIPPING

All caviar is shipped on an over-night shipping service in insulated packaging with ice gel packs to ensure the caviar arrives fresh and tasting delicious. 

Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.  If you require a Saturday delivery please select the relevant shipping option at check out.  Orders placed over the weekend ship Monday for delivery Tuesday.  Orders placed after 12pm will ship the next working day.  Occasionally we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please check the status of order collections using the live chat function.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

Useful Information:  Please move the caviar to a refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving the shipment and keep refrigerated at all times.  We ship using a signed-for service so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. 

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

STORAGE

Caviar should always be served chilled and must be kept refrigerated at all times.

For best results please store the caviar in the coldest part of your fridge which is usually the bottom shelf.

Unopened the tin will last several weeks if properly refrigerated, please check the use by date, which you will see on the bottom of the tin.  

Once opened if you don't eat the caviar in one go (and usually it is so good that you will!) please seal the tin firmly and eat within 2 days.
