The delicate aroma of our Black Truffle Salt means it can be used as an amazing substitute for standard salt. Its simplicity makes it an essential item in every kitchen, perfect for enhancing the flavour and aroma of any recipe, turning it into a delicious truffle-scented dish.

This Black Summer Truffle Salt can be used to add flavour to a wide range of dishes, such as pasta, risotto, roasted meats, tartares and vegetables. You can also add it to chips and roast potatoes to give a soft truffle flavour. In the photo it has been sprinkled onto a poached egg to infuse the egg with truffle aroma.

Salt, dry summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2,4%, flavouring.

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
