This luxurious glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Truffle by Appennino Food Group combines two Italian delicacies. With its intense flavour enriched by natural truffle aromas, this glaze elevates salads, meats and cheeses to a higher level of enjoyment.

Use it to dress mixed salads, cheese or strawberries. Marinade red meat or fish before cooking. Drizzle it over bruschetta or caprese for a refined starter. Add a special touch to risotto or mushroom dishes.

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
