This premium truffle sauce has over 50% mushroom content to create an intense and persisten flavour that releases all the aroma of black truffle. Champignon mushrooms, truffles and black olives minced and flavoured with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil-create a delicious sauce with a coarse texture that allows the full flavour of all the ingredients to be savoured. 

This versatile sauce can be used to bring truffle flavour to a variety of dishes. You can try:

• Spread on toast for a delicious appetiser
  
• Use as a sauce with pasta, risotto or gnocchi for a decadent truffle pasta dish. You could add slices of fresh or preserved truffle to finish the dish
• An earthy, luxurious garnish for steak, roasts, grilled chicken or charcuterie
• Stir through mashed potatoes or vegetables to add a truffle flavour twist to elevate your dishes
• Fill Tortelli or ravioli, as seen in the photo

Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 50%, olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3,2%, black olives, salt, flavouring.

Store in a cool dry place. Keep Refrigerated after opening.

Shipping

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
