Our White Truffle oil combines two famous elements of Italian gastronomic traditions: Olive Oil and Truffle. Their union releases the unmistakable aroma of the white truffle,
enhancing its characteristics to the fullest and creating a truffle oil with perfect balance.

Our White Truffle oil can be used both raw and cooked. Its strong and aromatic taste makes it ideal for seasoning the most imaginative salads or for giving the precious aroma of truffles to meat or fish dishes. Also, try it to prepare classic bruschetta or omelettes.

This oil is so decadent but so versatile, it will become a much-loved staple in any pantry.

Other fun uses for this oil:

• Drizzle over chips at the end of the cooking process and grate parmesan on top for Parmesan and Truffle Fries
• Add truffle flavour to your pizza or soup by adding a touch to the top before serving, see the photo of a toasted focaccia, with mushrooms and brussel sprouts
• Grill vegetables and finish with a drizzle of truffle oil, you can further enhance the flavour by also adding a sprinkle of truffle salt.

Express Delivery: order by 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. 

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service but it may take us longer to prepare the order for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 days, especially at busy periods.

Please note all orders placed after 2.30 pm Thursday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. We do not deliver at the weekends, this also includes express orders.  Occasionally, we can offer some flexibility on the cut-off time, please call 01743 650252 to check what is possible.

If you require a specific delivery date this can easily be arranged.  Simply note the required delivery date in the special instructions at check out.

In exceptional circumstances delivery delays occur with couriers which are outside of our control  We would recommend booking delivery at least one day before your special event to minimise any risk. 

Buying a Gift

If you are buying for a gift we can send the shipment to any UK address on your behalf.  Please note in the comments section this is a gift purchase and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the shipment.

We are also able to include a gift message in all shipments.  In the comments box please leave your message and we will add it with your order.
