Caviar and Vodka Risotto
Looking for new ways to enjoy your caviar? This simple dish is really quick and easy to make and tastes incredible!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
280g Carnaroli Rice
100g Mascapone
Vodka
Method:
Toast the rice in a saucepan. Add a small glass of vodka and leave it to evaporate.
Add boiling, salted water and bring to the boil. Simmer, adding more water as required, and cook the risotto rice until it is tender.
Remove from the heat and stir in the mascapone cheese, allowing it to melt into the rice
Pour the risotto into your serving dishes and leave the surface of the rice to cool slightly. Add a generous serving of Adamas Caviar (10g to 15g per person).
